Nowadays present delivery is realized during 24 hours in all localities of Moldova. Delivery across Chisinau is free. In other cities and villages delivery is extra charged.

Flowers delivery is realized only under conditions, that the order sum is more than 300 ley. If the order is less then this sum, then the delivery will be not realized and the order will be not registered.

The delivery is made the next day after the payment of the stock on order is made. However, an urgent delivery is possible in the same day. In this case you shall pay an additional 100 mdl (for express delivery). An overnight delivery may be done only in Chisinau City.

A delivery outside Chisinau City may be done only in the working days, in the afternon and the next day after the payments are done.

Delivery precision depends on all data, which you give about the recipient of present. That is why, we ask you to fill in these columns smartly, and if it is necessary indicate the specific data about delivery in the comments to the order (door lock cord in the porch, in what department the client works, if enterprise is large).

If there is no client on the spot, we try to deliver the present repeatedly. Also we leave the right after us to transmit the present through the relatives, neighbors or colleagues. In the case of giving inaccurate or incorrect data, as flowers are perishable good, customer bears all losses.

Each order is carried out only under condition of 100% of payment. You can specify a way of payment in the end of order registration:

At the same time, additional charges bears realizing side (delivery service of present Surprise.md). In case of price changing on the individual goods in one or another side, after order payment, payment re-calculation isn’t realized. The order will be delivered by the prices, which acted on the moment of order registration.

In the case of order cancellation (more then for 24 hours) we guarantee the repayment of money, paid by order. From the sum, which is subject for repayment, 15 % are taken, plus the tariff or corresponded system for the money order to the customer.

There are cases, when it is impossible to realize the delivery:

1. The address is indicated incorrectly
2. The recipient is absent
3. Sender data are incorrect, and so it is impossible to contact with him
4. The recipient refused to take a present
5. The order is canceled less then for 24 hours

In all these cases paid sum isn’t returned to the customer. If client isn’t supply with order execution or the quality of delivered flowers, please address to support service no late then 24 hours from delivery moment. Flowers are perishable good and we couldn’t offer you the replacement or to compensate the payment, if you wouldn’t give notice us about your problem. In case of failure of execute of formed and paid order in proper time, because of our Surprise.md service money repayment is guaranteed in full volume.
